You will inspect and investigate properties and interpret and apply planning controls as per the planning scheme. You will investigate complaints made by the community and correspond effectively and efficiently with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. The Candidate: The candidate will have proven ability to interpret planning scheme controls and the ability to achieve appropriate negotiated outcomes to planning investigation and enforcement matters you will have a demonstrated ability to provide professional service to a range of clients. You will need to hold a current Drivers Licence.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have completed a tertiary qualification in town planning or regulatory services and experience in the field of planning enforcement ideally within a local government environment.
