Glenorchy City Council is seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Wellbeing & Return to Work Advisor to lead our injury management, return to work and employee wellbeing programs.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a safe, resilient and engaged workforce, while driving proactive health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.About the RoleReporting to the Coordinator Human Resources, you will:Lead end-to-end injury management and workers compensation case managementDrive effective and timely return to work outcomesProvide expert advice to leaders and employees on injury management and wellbeingDesign and deliver Council’s Health and Wellbeing ProgramMonitor data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve outcomesCollaborate with leaders, WHS, insurers and medical providers to support recovery and preventionAbout YouYou are a confident and compassionate professional who can balance compliance with people-centred outcomes.   • Ability to influence leaders and manage complex or sensitive situations
  • Experience delivering health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice

Position details:  Full-Time, 76 hour – 9 day fortnight (we will also consider part-time).
