Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, practical HR advice to leaders and employees across a range of people management matters

About You

You are an experienced HR generalist with a strong understanding of employment legislation and industrial frameworks, ideally within a complex or unionised environment.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience across the employee lifecycle
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and HR practices
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • The ability to exercise sound judgement, confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources (or related discipline) and demonstrated experience (5+ years) in a generalist HR role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or public sector experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements and using HR systems is desirable
