We are seeking two reliable and safety-conscious Multi-Skilled Labourers with hands-on experience in road, drainage, and infrastructure maintenance and construction.
About the role:
The ideal candidate will be capable of operating plant and equipment efficiently in line with established safety procedures, while also undertaking labouring tasks such as earthworks, concreting, and pipe laying. The role requires the ability to read and interpret plans, maintain accurate records, and contribute to safe and effective traffic management on work sites.
The successful applicant will demonstrate practical experience with asphalt, concrete, formwork, and small plant equipment, along with a strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements. They will be a physically fit team player who can work effectively in all weather conditions, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment. A current licence to operate a rigid vehicle and proven ability to work to line and grade are also highly desirable.
