Glenorchy City Council is seeking a Multi-Skilled Labourer (Vegetation Control) who is passionate about delivering quality and timely works for our community. If you're ready for a change and wanting to join a dedicated team of skilled professionals, we want to hear from you! What you’ll do:The role of the Multi-Skilled Labourer is to undertake vegetation control works effectively and efficiently within the Municipality that meets with legislation, industry standards and GCC’s annual renewal and upgrade plans.  Some of your duties will include weeding, spraying, hedge trimming, mowing and brush cutting.What we’re looking for:We would like to hear from you if you are a Multi-skilled Labourer or a suitably skilled person with previous experience. You would be working within a team that is dedicated to maintaining the council's landscape, takes pride in their work, are reliable and eager to continue to learn and develop their expertise.To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate your commitment to safety and have experience working in uneven terrain in all weather conditions.
