Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for delivering impactful infrastructure projects? Glenorchy City Council is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, governance, and delivery of complex capital works that support our growing community.
About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and capital works projects from concept through to completion. Projects may include streetscape improvements, bridges, boardwalks, lighting, and other vital community infrastructure.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—while aligning with Council’s strategic objectives, statutory requirements, and community expectations.
What you’ll bring to the role:
You are a highly capable project professional with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects in a public or similar environment.
You will also hold (or be able to obtain) a Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP). A current driver’s licence is desirable.
