We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Team Leader – Civil to coordinate and deliver civil infrastructure works, including roads, footpaths, and related assets.About the role:As a Senior Team Leader in Civil Construction, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of daily construction activities across a range of civil works. The role involves supervising crews and subcontractors, overseeing heavy plant operation, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. What you’ll bring:

  • Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence
  • White Card
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience supervising civil construction crews
  • Strong experience in planning and coordinating daily site works
  • Sound understanding of Local Government construction/maintenance environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge and application of WHS and quality standards
  • Experience operating heavy plant and equipment (up to 24T GVM), including excavators, backhoes, tip trucks, and trailers in a road construction or maintenance environment.

    Position details:

    • Full-Time, 76 hours fortnight.
