We are looking for a suitably qualified Accounts Team Leader to join our busy Finance team to take responsibility for the supervision of the revenue and payables teams ensuring all Council and statutory deadlines are met. We are looking for someone who has a great communication style, is organised and detail focussed and is keen implement changes to enhance the customer experience and harmonise the team dynamics.The successful applicant will have:Extensive experience in managing financial operations in a medium to large sized organisation.Sound experience in managing teams and staff.Demonstrated communication and interpersonal.Strong computer skills in using financial and Microsoft software systems.Ability to listen, decipher and research to provide authoritative advice efficiently and professionally.Qualifications required: Minimum Certificate IV in a relevant field or proven experience in a similar work environment of at least 5 years.Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours fortnight.
