We are looking for a suitably qualified Business Services Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for leading the ICT Business Services team and derive better outcomes from Council’s business systems, data and information through developing relationships with business areas and service providers to explore and advocate for contemporary digital approaches, and by supporting and building capability in the Business Services Team and working on digital capability uplift.The successful applicant will have:Completion of a relevant degree, or equivalent industry experience, and a minimum 5 years’ experience in a business analysis or similar role.Highly developed communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across the business and influence a variety of stakeholders.Demonstrated team management and leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary ICT team, with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver outcomes.Demonstrated experience in the delivery of solutions in a Microsoft environment, utilising the Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform environment. Experience in the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics and Microsoft Teams.Qualifications required: WWVPPosition Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours per fortnight.
