You will support the delivery of Council’s Community Engagement Framework. The position provides considered and strategic advice and assistance to Council staff on engagement initiatives and facilitates opportunity for community members to participate in Council’s engagement activities. The position also assists to build a culture of engagement within Council and works with the broader community so they can understand and have confidence in Council’s engagement processes.The Candidate: The candidate will have proven ability to be able to provide considered and strategic advice and assistance to Council staff on engagement initiatives and facilities opportunities for community members to participate in Council’s engagement activities. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have completed a diploma qualification in a relevant field with a minimum of 3-5 years experience with running and facilitating community engagement projects from conception through to evaluation with a range of stakeholders.Position Number: 100191Position Hours: Full-time, 75 hours per fortnight.
