We are looking for an active and dynamic person with great customer service skills to join our team as Compliance Officer. You will be primarily responsible for delivering great customer service and effectively enforcing various state and local laws.The successful applicant will have:Great communication and strong customer service skills with an ability to listen with integrity, build rapport, negotiate, and resolve or mitigate conflict with a wide variety of personality types.Sound understanding of lawful parking practices in Tasmania including the administration of The Traffic Act 1925, Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 2019.Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation to business decisions and investigations and communicate legislation to Customers in an understandable and respectful manner.Knowledge of dog behaviour, and the responsibilities of dog owners in accordance with the Dog Control Act 2000.Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours fortnight.
