We are looking for a suitably qualified Coordinator Arts and Culture to join the team. You will be responsible for developing and achieving Council’s agreed strategic direction for arts and cultural development.
The successful applicant will have:
- Strategic and management experience within the community cultural development field, including staff and financial management
- Knowledge of the broad range of arts and cultural industries and services on a State and National level.
- Ability to design, implement and manage large scale community events and facilitate community group processes.
- Understanding of grant programs in the arts and cultural field and ability to write grant applications.
Qualifications required:
- A degree in a relevant discipline with 5 years minimum post graduate experience in the cultural field
Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours fortnight.
Salary range: $87,558.26 to $98,544.80 plus superannuation
