We are looking for a suitably qualified Customer Service Officer to join the team. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer service experience as first point of contact to Council’s customers, completing a vast variety of enquiries, requests and payments at the front counter and call centre. The Customer Service Officer is also involved with and responsible for the completion of administration tasks, project work, process improvements and implementation of procedures and systems.

Qualifications required:
Position Hours: Part-time, 41.65 hours fortnight.
Week: 1 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week: 2 Tuesday, Friday
At times this position has the opportunity to work up to full time, 75 hours fortnight.
Salary range: $60,414.94 to $66,364.86 (pro rata) plus superannuation
