We are looking for a suitably qualified Jobs Hub Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for managing the operation and delivery of the Glenorchy Jobs Hub program. This role is also required to achieve the delivery of business objectives, within agreed budget and timeframes.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated high level of knowledge of the employment services market, training and education systems with experience in delivering quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategies and manage employees to deliver high quality, customer focused programs that achieve performance targets.
- Experience in the ability to prioritise tasks and respond to multiple requests while achieving agreed outcomes within timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders with a community focus and have proven contributions to business outcomes.
Qualifications required:
- A tertiary qualification in either Business, Human Resources or a related discipline, coupled with proven experience in managing teams to deliver high quality services and performance outcomes.
Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours per fortnight. "Further Grant Funding Announced" - Fixed Term extended to 30 June 2027.
Salary range: $92,195.11 to $109,825.30 plus superannuation
