Senior Statutory Planner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Statutory Planner to join our dynamic statutory planning team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and have extensive experience in statutory planning, including the assessment and determination of planning applications. As a successful applicant, you will become part of a highly motivated and team of professionals and work with a diverse range of interesting and sometimes complex planning applications.In this role, you will have the chance to work on and lead the assessment of a mix of private sector, community and public sector projects, utilising your technical planning expertise, report writing abilities, and your negotiating, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Glenorchy City Council is committed to attracting top talent to serve our community and supports diversity, individual needs, and flexible working arrangements.
